Sir, good day. I did my jio recharge on23.04.19 on tez, for an amount of rs 399. The amount was debited from my account on 23.04.19, 11.16 am, debited details are: s. Nallasamy ([protected]@okhdfcbank, issuer bank: canara bank, to reliance jio infocomm ([protected]@citibank), google transaction id: cicagkck6f2oiq, upi transaction id :[protected]. I was trying to make a upi payment on amazon through google pay upi but somehow my pyament was declined but google pay is showing transaction successful while I can't see any transaction on amazon.
I have attached a screenshot with transaction details.

Two transactions completed but only one was transferred in the Month of Jan'2019.

I had raised a dispute in Jan'2019, still no response.
I had also provided multiple feedbacks via GPay app and have no response.
