Thai Airways — Baggage missing (baggage# TG 119093) | |||
Hello, I am Vinod chander (passport# J4070145, Thai airways Eticket# [protected], Flight (BKK TO DEL), flight number TG331, seat# 61K, boarding time - 22:45, boarding date: 24 Decemeber 2016) has not received one of my trolly bag when arrived to IGI International Airport luggage belt number 12. As per the airport belt 12 officials ( Veerpal kaur n Aakash) the lagguage for few passengers has not been arrived from Thai Airport cargo and we have been assured that the luggage will come in the next fligh for 25 Dec at 11 am n we will get the luggage by 4 pm the same day but it has not been received yet. PIR has also been generated at the airport for my baggage# TG 119093. All my important documents, clothes, gifts n many more valuable things are there in that coffe brown colour trolly bag therefore please find itvand confirm me about the same at [protected] or upreti.[protected]@gmail.com. Please find attached a copy of my ticket, passport and the PIR generated at the airport for your reference. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.
