I've subscribed the hindu young world newspaper online for annual purpose with subscriber id: [protected] on 28th of july, 2017 but i haven't received the newspaper even after two fridays have gone by. I don't know which newspaper vendor i need to talk as there are several. I'm very much looking forward for the newspaper in this upcoming friday. Expecting a quick response. Regards....

I have paid 1299. They missed to deliver the paper for nearly a month. When i complained about it, they promised to extend the subscription after the actual expiration date. My actual subscription ended on june 15th but they have not extended the subscription and stopped delivering the paper...

I subscribed frontline magazine on october 30 2015 through online mode using my debit card for door delivery, i paid INR.550 for half yearly subscription, i got a confirmation e-mail which told me that my subscription would be started on 27 of november 2015, but so far the magazine hasn't been delivered to me, i contacted a number of time to the hindu customer care but to no avail, my subscriber ID is [protected], it would be better to refund...

I have subscrbed for the news paper by paying annual subscription fee.The delivery boy delivers the news paper around 11 to 12 pm. And for someday she does not deliver the news paper at all

KCET exam details has been wrongly updated in 18th May 23 Hindu Newspaper edition.

As per KCET guidelines, the Maths and Biology exams will be held on May 20, the Physics and Chemistry exams will be held on May 21.

But in your edition, the dates are interchanged and it may be misleading to students.

Could you please correct it and send notes to next edition

I am always having Issues with The Hindu paper Delivery eveytime time. I have raised Dozens of Complaints to The Hindu as well as Hyderabad Distributor. I think this Distributor & agents are having problem with Prepaid customers. I am not getting paper since more then 10days, when I called to The Hindu Distributor and said I am not getting paper, He said that "I will get back to you", but No Response. In present Subscription I Received Newspaper Hardly for 30days.I am requesting everyone to not to go for The Hindu Prepaid scheme as there are so many complaints against paper Delivery which they are unable rectify. I am literally feeling that I am cheated by The Hindu Management as they have taken money, but they are not Delivering Newspaper.Mangament is not having any hold on Local Distributor as well as agents. When I complain them, they will charge and i will receive paper for 5 days again i face the same issue. I never ever want to go for The Hindu Prepaid Subscription.

Info - The discovery of "5.9 tonnes" of lithium deposits in Jammu and Kashmir ( 1st paragraph) and also the details under the photo provided ( The GSI has said that "5.9 tonnes" of lithium deposits have been established in Reasi district).

So, here the misprint is 5.9 tonnes.. actually it seems to be "5.9 Million tonnes".

This is essential to feed readers with authenticated and correct information, job that The Hindu does full heartdly. But today in 11feb, 2023 Delhi edition, page 10, news section, there seem a mistake regarding lithium data that has been written, 5.9 tonnes instead of 5.9million tonnes, that has been discovered in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
I am sure you look into this and correct the misprint soon.

I had subscribed to Businessline - annual subscription - on 16 sep 2022 (reference# [protected]). I have received the paper approx one per week instead of daily.

I have been calling the customer care and also emailing customer care almost on a weekly basis asking them to cancel the subscription and refund the money. They have been stating that they will resolve it in a day or two. Nothing has been done and money is not refunded. I am shocked at the attitude of a company like Hindu not refunding a relatively small amount of money. Not sure if it is worth ruining their reputation for paltry amounts.

It is really sad to see them cheating a customer like this. They should realize there are many other papers which are equally good or even better. I for one, will never get into their annual subscription offers ever again. For that matter, no subscription whatsoever.

Subsribers, watch out, do NOT get into any annual offers. You are not guaranteed any delivery and you may never see the paper or your money again. Buyer beware.

I'm Deepa Alagarsamy and subscription ID OFF_011682 . Subscription period from 16-11-22 to 15-11-23. Not received any newspaper till date. Please change my subscription period as I have already lost 16days of paper and start sending me the same as soon as possible.

It is not loading despite proper network

I had subscribed for Hindu newspaper for one-year from July 21 to July 22..From July 22 new agent is delivering the paper and he is asking us to pay the subscried amount once again as the old agent was being absconded without paying the money.why The Hindu lost control of its agents and i am under mental agony because of this agent.I request the The Hindu customer care to take action.
