The Hindu — I want to cancel auto renewal/recurring plan

I have got The Hindu Subscription for 1 year. Under my subscriptions it is getting displayed that plan will be renewed after 1 year. I didn't opted for this recurring plan neither did I got any option to choose between recurring or non recurring plans. I DO NOT WANT TO GET MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO RENEWED AFTER 1 YEAR. How can I cancel this feature ?
Also I have written email to customer support team but they are not responding. It is very disappointing. Atleast we expect solution to our problems at the earliest.
