The Hindu — Improper Delivery and No Delivery | |||
Hello, My name is Anupam Gogoi. I had subscribed for Hindu Newspaper and the Frontline magazine for half yearly. I subscribed it and made the payment for both on Wed Feb 25 17:56:39 IST 2015 After this I did not received any of the Frontline Magazine and I received The Hindu newspapers in a count of 3 or 2 in a week for two months. I logged numerous complaints about it, but the customer care always has the same answer that they will move the complaint to higher Authority, after that also i did not got any solution, finally one day i told them to unsubscribe me from this and refund my money. They had never acknowledged my complaints, and had never replied to my questions. Even after i opted for cancelling the delivery, they never asked me of the total delivery of the newspaper happened for me. I had lost my Rs.1298 the proof is attached as snapshot, My Subscriber ID : [protected] the delivery address along with every detail is in the snapshot attached (bill). I loved Hindu news very much, i did not expected that they will do like this, I thought it has some standard of its own, but this is what they did to me. I am a UPSC exam candidate and because of my trust on them i lost many valuable current affairs. I just want my money back. Rs 1298 I am sure they do not have any count on deliveries.
