The Hindu — Non delivery of supplements with main paper-reg | |||
Dear sir, Undersigned is your customer in kalpakkam for the last 25 years. For the last one week we are not getting any supplementary pages like metroplus, cinema plus etc and only main paper alone is delivered by the agent. When inquired, the agent informed that he is not getting the supplement along with main paper and is helpless. This reflects very bad on your organisation. The customers after paying full money for the paper should not be denied of suppliments. Your immediate intervention is required. My contact details are given below. K. The Supplements are restored by The Hindu but not the young world yet. We are paying for the city edition with without proper supplements issued by the Hindu.
I was subscribing to both The Hindu and The Times of India. My The Hindu subscription was more than 20 years and now due to this cheating attitude of The Hindu by taking city edition cost but stealing those suppliments, I have decided to discontinue The Hindu from Tomorrow (03/09/2016).
