The Hindu — Subscription amount paid paper not delivered

Hi, Good Morning. I, C.V. Rajesh, Abhilash, K-23, St No 4, HMT Nagar, Nacharam, Hyderabad[protected] with cell no [protected], had paid for subscription of Rs. 699/- vide cheque no 33 drawn on HDFC, Nacharam on 20June15. the same was debited from my account on 30june15. I followed up with your incharge here Mr. Krishna[protected] from 1July15 onwards, with great difficulty he could mange a delivery boy to deliver newspaper that too Times of India yesterday (5July15), Today both Mr. krishna & the delivery boy are not picking up my phone.
