I have subscribed to The Hindu with an annual subscription in advance, Strat date 16-Sept 2025 - Expiry date 15-Sept 2026), The newspaper subscription was taken on 30th August 2025. The newspaper was to be delivered from 16th March 2022.

Today the 30th Sept 2022, neither the sales person nor the customer service team is able to tell me when the newspaper will be delivered or when they will start the delivery. While follow-up, they are not clear, they said will delivered shortly but never happen yet. This is really disappointing.

If delivering the newspaper is so difficult, unorganised in the system, then The Hindu may kindly refund my annual subscription which is fully paid up.
