Dear Sir I bought a mobile phone of samsung (galaxy S4 Black) from the mobile store >Invoice Number - 2839/13146 >ORDER NO[protected] and they sold me an insurance policy called Theft Insurance of Mobile by United India Insurance Company.Policy Number - THINS1336019. My mobile got stolen after some time. The mobile Store guys asked me provide a list of documents and I gave them all. But still my claim is pending since last 1 year. They do not revert on emails and do not answer my calls. now united india insurance has denied that i do not havce have policy under that policy number (Policy Number - THINS1336019). and moreover when I checked it on the mobile store's official website my policy shows no records found.
