Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that on date 06/04/2022 my bike splendor plus (DL 5S BM 2813) was theft from Sanskar Aashram, 41 pocket E, Block A GTB Enclave, Dilshad Garden, Delhi.
I was lounged police FIR on same day i.e 06/04/2022 .
I have taken insurance policy for my vehicle (policy no. 211200/31/2022/317299) from Oriental insurance company limited so i intimated to insurance company for claim on dated 07/04/2022 then i got claim no. 210012/31/2023/00032520. Then I received a phone call for verification from insurance company and physical verification and site verification was done by them after that police verification was also done then insurance company told me that all the documentation and formalities was done for claim and your claim will get you within 90 days but till now there is no response from Oriental Insurance company Limited for my vehicle claim in between we have sent many mail for the same to insurance company but no positive response got till now & more than 7 month has already been gone. It means that insurance company is not taking this matter seriously & The insurance company wants to keep giving time to the customer that it will be cleared, the claim will be received and gradually the customer forgets it and the company does not have to pay any claim. I am going through financial problem so it is requested to don’t bother me for claim.
It is requested to please take a strict action against The Oriental Insurance Company Limited ang get me claim at earliest.
