The Professional Couriers — Complaint Regarding Delay in Parcel Delivery

Hello Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delay in delivery of my parcel.

Tracking Number: TCR30357476

The parcel was booked from Kerala on 16 May 2026 and reached Pondicherry on 18 May 2026 at around 3:25 PM. Since then, there has been no further update, and the parcel is still not delivered.

I tried contacting the Pondicherry office at[protected], but there was no response. Customer care is also not responding.

I have attached a screenshot of the tracking status for your reference.

Kindly check the current status and arrange for delivery as soon as possible. Please let me know the expected delivery date.
