The Professional Couriers — Consignment diverted and also no redressal of grievance

I'm Kartik. I had a consignment by way of tracking No. TNJ30000759. The delivery guy with mobile no. [protected] gave us a call on 01.2.25 at 18.49 hrs. He asked us to come to a place 1 km away. We said we are unable to come there & asked for door delivery. He refused the same & said will deliver on 03.2.25. The delivery has not happened till date. This has happened before also in '19 when the delivery guy (a tamilan) also asked us to come to a faraway place. We insisted on door delivery. Afterwards when we questioned him for such behaviour he threatened us with dire consequences. The proof of delivery for tracking No. TNJ30000759 as captured from your site is attached with this mail. The cover was mentioned for delivery in Varthur but delivery has happened in Ramgondanhalli on 30.1.25. When delivery happened on 30.1.25 then how come the guy called us on 01.2.25.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with your service. You are only namesake Professional & not in service. Worst you & your delivery people r cheats, idiots & a$holes.

Also when called your Ramgondanahalli branch they asked me to contact Kormangala branch at[protected]. They said that it s booking office & we have to contact the branch from where it is booked. Totally hopeless & shameless r u people.

It's been a week post that & 3 days after their customer care people asked HO people to look into it, but till date no update on my grievance or delivery of consignment.
