The Professional Couriers — Courier Undelivered but status saying delivered

I am writing to report that my courier with reference HRD20871672 has not been delivered, even though the tracking status shows it as delivered. I contacted the courier agent to inquire about the parcel, but he was unable to provide any clear information and kept giving inconsistent explanations.

I also informed him that if the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, it should be returned back to the sender. However, he did not provide any proper response or update regarding the parcel. This situation has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

I kindly request you to investigate this issue and provide the correct status of my parcel as soon as possible and ensure that it is either delivered to the correct address or returned to the sender.
