Hi,

I received an order today, but the way it was communicated was not satisfactory. My home is just 1 km from the office, yet I was informed that delivery would not be made.

I requested them to deliver it to the nearest location, but they responded that the delivery person had already left. At the very least, they should have contacted me in advance to ask whether I could collect the order from a specific location or from a nearby point.

Additionally, the communication from the person who called could have been more polite and respectful in tone. A courteous approach would have made the situation easier to handle.
