I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding a parcel
sent via The Professional Couriers nearly more than two months ago,
which has still not been delivered.

Declared/Estimated Value: ₹5000 - ₹6000
Despite multiple follow-ups with the local branch and sender branch, I
have received no proper updates or resolution. To add to my concern, I
had also raised a complaint through your online complaint portal
(Ticket ID: PONX002994), but it has not been attended to either, even
after several weeks.
This reflects poorly on the level of customer service and
accountability which is not at all expected from a professional
courier company.
My Concerns:
Parcel remains undelivered for almost two months.
Online complaint remain unattended.
No response or support from local staff.
No clarity on whether the parcel is delayed, misplaced, or lost.
