The Professional Couriers — Not delivering courier, return back with no proper reason | |||||
I have couriered from bangalore to tamilnadu on 26th Oct 2016. The courier return back to me on 09th Nov 2016. I have asked for reason. They are not telling reason. Courier person gave his senior officer number. He listened my complaint but not picking my call from then onwards. Though i provided clear address with phone number of from and to address person. They neither call them nor me. Its very important parcel. Now i have no way unless to go in person in tamilnadu to submit this form for goverment with extra fine. If Professional courier not able to deliver inform us what is the problem. Call us. With need and urgency we send parcel, by taking their own time should not disappoint customer without proper communication and reason. If profession courier not capable to deliver, better they can close the business without cheating and hurting customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
