I had sent my insurance details from Coimbatore to Cochin. When package reached in the Hub (Thripunithura), Courier guy called me and asked to come and collect it from the HUB. They told me that, they won't do a Door to Door delivery. They returned the package back to Coimbatore without notifying me. I had escalated their triviality to their senior managers, None of them care about what exactly happened. Due to their irresponsibility, I was failed to submit the document to my lawyer on time. If you are not able to deliver the packet to Doorstep, then why need to pay money for this. They were very rude to me when I asked him to deliver the packet to my home. HUB is just 8 Km away from their office.

    Not delivering courier, return back with no proper reason

    I have couriered from bangalore to tamilnadu on 26th Oct 2016. The courier return back to me on 09th Nov 2016. I have asked for reason. They are not telling reason. Courier person gave his senior officer number. He listened my complaint but not picking my call from then onwards.

    Though i provided clear address with phone number of from and to address person. They neither call them nor me. Its very important parcel. Now i have...

    I had heard that professional is one the biggest and fastest delivery service. But wen i had experience it is ONE OF THE WORST COURIER COMPANY. Technically wen consignor dispatch a product to consignee it will take 3-5 days for delivery but consignee still not recived any product. I had dispatched my product on 26 th of october today the date is 4th of november.
    Instead of professional you will find Maruti courier is one of the decent courier company they fulfill their promises. They had never let me down. Infact Professional Surface courier charge is equal to Maruti Air courier charge. Rates are reasonable and plus they deliver faster than PROFESSIONAL

      First of all Very Very sad and hopeless service by professional courier. It took around thirteen days to reach unsafely to the destination. Now regarding their staff behavior, its really horrible. One of their staff named Philip V mobile no. [protected] (staff of Byatrayanpura TPC) called me and asking me to collect the courier otherwise I have to suffer and it (c0nsignment) will be back to the boarding place(place of booking). Now courier guy's will call personally the person to whom the courier belongs to collect it from branches. First of all at the time of taking the consignment, they are charging to assure that my consignment will be in my doorstep. But due to professional courier unprofessional behavior, I have collected the consignment from their branch. But my question is why? When they are charging, that means it is their prime responsibility to monitor the courier staff to let the consignment to be reach safely. He is giving me warning that from next time he will not receive my courier if it reaches to him (Philip) hands. I am asking who the hell a single staff can tell like this to any customer. When he (philip) called for collecting the consignment, I was trying to call him back to provide details about the address. By the way the address was absolutely correct. But he didn't want to perform his job. He was telling that either he will return the consignment if i will not come or I have to suffer. What type of staff they are keeping to speak and behave with customer like this? This shows how the management structure and responsibility will be. They must check once the google review about TPC Byatrayanpura and other branches of their courier company. May be they know about the reviews also. But let me speak about one thing, he behaved unnatural. And, I will not let him to go. I told them that I will take this issue to grievance and nodal officer.

      Very pathetic service and executive was very rude, I am not receiving my courier last one week when I was calling to customer service to ask the status about my courier they was very rude and hang up the call no one given me correct answer yet, but if tomorrow they are not delivered my courier before 2 pm then I will put a complaint to police station I told him this company are fraud...

        No. bbmp 38, 1st floor, r. k. sridhar complex, near uthyalamma temple, nagavarpalaya main road, c v raman nagar 560093 branch doesn't delivery on time nor inform about arrival. instead, i have to call and enquire and the person will ask me to collect in person. this has been happening past 4 or 5 years. i wonder what type of service you are providing and you charge for the delivery. i sent a parcel on oct 27, was said would reach by 28th. it is 31st, still not reached. can you please look into this. thank you.

        On 26th courier status shows the status as "Dispatched to Arurangabad". But till now no parcel delivered.

        No proper response from company. Also no valid customer care number also.

          I have a parcel booked from Chengalpattu Hub to Jaipur(Rajasthan). The service used is their expensive Pro Premium which ensures faster delivery within 72 hours.
          Sadly, the parcel is stuck at their Chennai office since past 3 days itself and the customer care is highly unresponsive. They don't pick up the calls. Never. Neither the Jaipur office nor their Corporate Office in Mumbai. The telephone line sometimes is busy so it's not that their phone service is dead but they deliberately don't pick up the calls.

          Now what should the consumer do in such cases?
          Please deliver the parcel to my address urgently.

            Hello sir,
            I got a call from mobile number[protected] at 15:00 hrs on[protected] saying that he is from professional courier and tell to the person whome he met to take my material.
            Myself : ask what is his name, i will tell him?

            Courier boy : handed over the phone to that person.

            Myself : introduced myself and asked him to take this material. He said he is from other building and he will not recognise me to take this material. I told him to guide this boy about my office i. E. Telephone exchange in the same rttc campus and told him to give the phone to courier boy.

            Myself : you came to different building in the same campus, just 100 mtrs away from this building you will get telephone exchange i. E. My office and you can hand over it to anybody in that building.

            Courier boy : no. I am not your employ to go where ever you says. I can not wait here more than a minute. Send your staff here with in a minute to this place only otherwise you can collect it in my office.

            Myself : ok. You do one thing, just wait in the entrance to this campus. By the time you go to the entrance, my staff will come there and collect it.

            Courier boy : no. Ask your staff to come here only and collect it within a minute otherwise i will move away.

            Myself : searching you in this building will take time, please wait at entrance.

            Courier boy : no. You collect it from my office later. I am going and disconnected the phone.

              I have been sent a courier containing two gift card (1 big and 1 small) and a ring by a friend on my birthday in a single parcel.

              First of all, it didnt reach on my birthday (Very bad service) and it was received a day after.

              I was delighted when the courier guy delivered it on the next day but for only some time. I opened it and saw there is only one gift card. The ring and and other gift which was hand made was missing. I called my friend and enquired about it, she became very sad and angry at professional couriers.
              The gift card was very beautiful as it was hand made by her.
              I quickly registered a critical complaint for this missing item still havent received a call from them.

              Please don't play with people's heart and money.
              They show trust and hope on you when they select yours service instead of others. Dont break theirs trust.

              I have lost my trust on you as this was second time when a thing got missing because of your service or whatever you call it.
              Now onwards, i will never select you for my parcels in the future.

              Please be loyal to your customers and be professional to your service as per your name.

                It was november 24/2016.
                I had a gift item for my sister. I went to professional courier so that i can courier it to her.
                Which in normal delivery they agreed to send for 150.00
                But suddenly he said it cannot be sent in normal it has to be sent via express.
                They went on to say that if i send the package through normal i have to write and give its on my guarantee.
                I was getting late for the office. After much argument i agreed because i had no other choice.
                They charged me 500.00 for a bag of 700.00
                After much argument finally they charged me 450.00 which is still double then the legitimate charge.
                The legitimate charge should have been 260.00 for 600 gms package
                I expect a proper compensation from professional courier or i will sue them in consumer court.

                I have attached the receipt as a proof.

                By mistake the date of courier has been posted as 24th November 2016. The actual date of courier is 24th October 2016.

                  I have a parcel started from Anantapur (Andhrapradesh) reference number is 412884 dated on 22 October, 2016 it supposed to reach to me on the next day i.e. 23/10/2016 Sunday. Today is 26/10/2016 for this i am worrying a lot, i spoke to your representatives in Hyderabad they are not giving the proper or friendly response. They are so irresponsible. It is already got too delayed. Because of this delay i have lost Rs. 2000/- (Rs two thousand only) why dont i claimed from your this?

                    I have couriered my parcel to Noida wide AWB No. DEL[protected] on dated 10.09.2016 which is still not delivered. I have checked the status, it shows on transit. i am in the process of regular follow-up with concerned authorities trough e-mails on [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcindia.com, delzo-csc.[protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, delzo-csc.[protected]@tpcglobe.co.in.
                    After a period of more than one month, delivery of this parcel is still pending and on line status is still shows on transit. This parcel was to be delivered to Noida from Delhi.

                      I have sent a courier from bangalore on oct 13 2016 which should have been reach the destination easily on 5th day. when i track the status on 6th day it showed me that the package was shipped to a my nearest hub (adoni) and after that its mysterious till today.
                      1. called customer service - they had no idea where it is - i feel pety on the system they have
                      2. called to adoni hub - they confirmed they never received
                      3. sent mail to head officer including bangalore professional house - no one was responsive and didn't even provided any status because they do not care.

                      Its been 6 days and no update received from professional courier and 15th was the last status change in ui tracking.

                      Professional courier should understand why customer satisfaction is necessary and provide reliable services to end customers.

                          Every time I receive a parcel through professional courier my pieces are missing.

                          First I received a parcel from Ahmedadbad.I had ordered 6 pcs but I received only 5. AWB no.AMD8963655.

                          This time I ordered 10 sets of Patiala salwars but I received only 7 sets. 3 sets were missing.A WB no.BLR32204852.

                          Both the times it is happened through professional courier only. Vajrahalli branch. I have never faced this problem with any other service provider.

                          The parcel was neatly repacked after removing 3 sets.

                            The Courier booked from Pune-Deccan Gymkhana for Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune-411018-on 03.10.2016, Docket No. PNU[protected], despite daily enquiries, at your Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pune-18 office was still not traceable, till today, 14th October, 2016, afternoon.
                            We have visited your STNagar Delivery Office at least 4-5 times during the last one week, without any response from the delivery office. The address was correct, with contact No. & destination is @ less than 100 metres from your Delivery Office.
                            After getting information today late afternoon, we have collected the small envelope, weighing less than 10 grams, from the delivery Office.
                            Request pl. look into the matter & reply.
                            Even in the past, the same was the situation, delivery needing almost a Fort-night for a distance of less than 100 metres from the above-referred delivery office.

                            Professional courier is very bad courier service .we are getting broken percell sometime percell stolen.they are fooling all peopels .we lost many things bcoz of professional courier.i requet to consumer board take special action regarding thid issue i hope we will get solution soon

                              Dont go for this courier even if they are giving service for free. Delivery is delayed by 15 days & their service area is limited. Speed post delivers much quicker and to farther places. They collect docs to non service areas also

                              Check these tracking nos on their website. they collected these docs although there is no service to that area. When asked they are rude in their behaviour.

                                I really didn't expect such a poor service from professional couriers.

                                Its been 10 days but still i didn't receive the courier which was initially requested on 29th september (from tenali, andhra pradesh - should reach bangalore, karnataka).

                                I have been calling customer care and bangalore professional courier offices, but i didn't receive proper response also nobody is aware where my courier is currently placed.

                                The courier is very important for me, if i don't receive it by monday[protected], i will not hesitate to lodge any kind of compliant against professional couriers with anybody.

                                      I had sent a courier packet (medicine) from Mumbai(Churchgate) on 26.9.2016 to Greater Noida. The consignment No. of professional courier is PRO4223081. On tracking and putting so much efforts I came to know that it is remaining in Ghaziabad area . On enquiry it has been told that the area where I have sent the service is not there. While accepting the courier I had given both the parties contact number and they never mentioned that it is a non-service area.
                                      Finally the courier pack has to be collected by the party from NOIDA which is half an hour distance from the address I had given. This medicine was to reach there urgently and I had paid Rs. 160/- for this. They were not bothered to contact either the consignee or the consignor in this regard. The sender has to run around for this. This type of service of courier is not at all satisfactory. Please look into this and direct them to be faithful to their work.
