I did NOT choose this courier service. The package was sent to me through Professional Courier—and had I been given a choice, I would never have selected them.
A shipment sent on 23rd December is still undelivered. The parcel is sitting at a nearby center, yet the staff shows zero urgency, responsibility, or professionalism.
Trying to follow up is an experience in frustration:
Calls are ignored
Other centers give wrong contact numbers just to push the problem elsewhere
Staff members have no manners, no courtesy, and no accountability
One representative actually shouted on the call, which is completely unacceptable
The overall behavior is lazy, careless, and dismissive
This isn’t just poor service — it’s systemic incompetence. There is no customer support, no escalation, and no sense of duty toward deliveries or people.
To anyone reading this:
If you have a choice, do not use this courier. If someone is sending you something, request an alternative service. This review exists purely to warn others.
