I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service provided by the Professional Courier delivery executive at Vaniyambadi.
Despite the delivery address being correct and the recipient being available at the location, the courier executive repeatedly states that the delivery address is “not available” and refuses to attempt delivery. Instead of making a genuine delivery effort, the executive marks the shipment as undeliverable without proper verification.
This behavior is unprofessional and causes unnecessary delay and inconvenience to customers. A courier service is expected to make sincere delivery attempts and contact the recipient when required, which is not being done in this case.
I kindly request you to:
- Investigate this issue seriously
- Take appropriate action against the concerned delivery executive
- Ensure proper delivery service in the Vaniyambadi area going forward
I hope this complaint will be addressed promptly and corrective measures will be taken to maintain service quality.
