I went to the hquater of SBI bank parliament street delhi following all the precautions of covid19 as I wanted to transfer money to Canada on urgent basis for my job... but the AGM over there Mr Vijay kumar completely denied my request and ignored me... it was very irresponsible and really bad behaviour of that manager the way he is treating customers... he has to be warned and a strict action has to be taken on him.
