Dear sir/mam, I want to complaint against the resume search company (surat gujarat) My name is sujeet Kumar Singh from village+po-madansath, dist-chhapra. I saw an online jobs and applied. One lady called me on December 9th and told me about online data entry job (Form filling work). She asked my whats up no. For giving registration. I hadn't read any information and procedure.on call They said that they are providing 600 page forms to fill and submit.540 page need accurate (90%) in one week. Otherwise they will charge fine 5500 rupees . If we finish successfully they wil give me 18000. And they will deduct 5500 for service charge. I am first time on online job. After they told me to give my full name and id proof for registration. I given aadhar card photo as they requested. They sent link and license agreement and otp. I accepted too. Finally they said they will provide user id and password for access data. After they called me and verified my name date of birth. And sent their licence agreement to email. Nd they finally sent user id and password. I started my work nd submit my final work with 100% accuracy on september 17th. i got some emails and calls from this company and they said i am failed to complete my job and pay admin charges. (5500). My adhaar photo also with them. They will file a case against me. Just now they called my number and told me that they are going to file a case by today afternoon. I don't have money to pay them. So please help me and resolve this issue... Now i found that they are fraud and have fooled alot of people i dont want to pay any money to them they are using the exact same contract for everyone with different company names please help me out here. Tell me what should i do. This company is a fraud company nd they abused me nd harassing me.. They didn't knw how to talk with girls.. The man he called me started abusing me.. Today i have registered, after the error in the site i said no to do work, . Then she started telling after 7day you see yourself with legal department. After searching the site, come to know that these are froud site and are threatning iam scare what to do .pls i want talk in same scam how get free from them your contact is not visible.
I am also facing same threats plz advise will they really file a case will we get any notice.

I also faced the same but I didnt pay because they cant take any legal action as they r fraud, , , so just block their number and if anyone is doing their given task then just stop it, , , no need to pay a single penny or ur time to them...& don’t afraid

Hey I want to ask you actually I register for the same but when I read your comments I told them that I can't continue to work with them they said Thier advocate will call us .. I block their number I spam their mail and all ...now am I free should I worry about this now ?
Bro I feel just ignore their mails and calls and forsure they are not going to come your home to ask money if they come also behave as you don't know them first of all they are cheaters and want to threat the honestly working innocent people but never give a single paisa to these fraudsters then automatically it will become a bigg issue and then slept government will wake up and order cybercrime to solve this then our cybercrime will take action till that time check this website there will be more complaint generated on this issue

They have contacted me from one no. ( At starting of work).That is [protected] . At first they texted me regarding the job details . Then she called me her name is Divya Sharma ( the resume search company). Then she explained the details regarding job then I said- I am student and I had some holidays so I want to do this and I don't want to continue this work and she replied no need madam it's for only 7 days agreement not for one month or one year . Then I said ok. Then I raised a question " what if I don't complete the work in 7 days - she said don't worry mam u can extend the days of work for free. Then I asked for salary she said each correct resume is 30rs and total are 600 so total salary is 18000 rs..Then I said ok. That's all. We talked in call.
Then she is in call and saying me to sign over some places that's my mistake I have not read all the terms and conditions.
After 7 days I have completed my work. I informed her she said wait 2 days ur QC report will come . Then after 2 days I called her she said please wait for more 2 days . So she took 5 days for QC report .
Then on 6 th day she texted me mam...ur QC is not accurate so u need to pay 6500.
Then I called her and asked did u said me regarding this at first she replied this is in agreement u have signed that's all.
And I said am not going to pay single rupee and take the money from my salary ( she said 72 resumes are worng so 528 are right and I said my correct resumes cost 15000 rupees so take 6500 and return me the remaining amount )
Then she said mam...ur Salary is 1056 not 15000 because u hve not given good accuracy so each cost only 2 rs.
Then I asked her what if I don't pay money
She said we will file case u need to come surat court they will charge u 30k rupees as fine.
Then I asked her time then she said i[censored] pay tomorrow u need to pay 2500 extra . She said I don't wait send me within 1 hour then I arranged money and sended her. At first she sended me the QR code then I said please send me no. I don't scan any codes then she sended the upi id

Then I made transaction of 6500. Using Google pay .
Then I have sended her the screen shot.
After that I get call from another no. [protected]
He is men . And he said am from resume search company I said yah he said when should I send ur 2 nd project then I said what is 2 nd project already I paid money everything is over right .
He said no kavya ji. U should work for 1 month that's there in agreement i[censored] want leave the work then pay 3000 I willl give ur noc.
Then I was shocked that is this these things were not explained at first then they r playing with me then I said the one who's name is Divya Sharma she said it's for only 7 days then he replied -accha kavya ji then I will send u work again i[censored] again fail to accuracy then u have to pay again' 6500 and he talked in sarcastic way .
Then. I asked please provide me some time they s and called me after sometime and the same men talked to me in a rude way kavya send me money in 1. Hour otherwise I send work again, this is the last warning . After some hours Divya Sharma texted me regarding payment. Then I said I have only 2k . She said oka send me 2k I will give u noc.
After payment she have not given the noc
And my payment ( salary also 1056 rs )
She is not replying also.
Please don't trap to such people
