[Resolved] The Souled Store — delivery has not done but money taken online | |||
I had ordered a case cover for my mobile in Souled store website . They took an amount through online source and gave a delivery date and said FedEx will make my delivery . I have been waiting and suddenly they sent a msg that ur product was delivered but i didnt recieved the product . I searched with the tracking no[protected] there i saw that my product has already been delivered 2 days back . I contacted Souled store and they are not responding and i complainted to FedEx customer care and they were lagging and not doing the work as said . Please help me with this thing .
