[Resolved]  The Souled Store — order not received

The status of the delivery for my product was showing delivered but i didnt recieved the product. The fedex delivery site was also showing me of the same but dont know were it went. This was ridiculous as how can u make dis happen. I waa waiting long for the product and suddenly u sent a delivered msg without me receiving it. This has been happening and the souled store was not responding when i call dem. Please resolve dis issue and give me my money back. Please be kind even at this.
