    I have ordered two shirt and one phone case from souled store official site of rupees ₹1689 which is big amount for me on 18 july 2020... I paid amount via phone pay app... The amount of ₹1689 got deducted from my debit card on and moreover when next time i visited their site and logged into my account i was not able to track my order nor the site was showing thay u even have placed any order from your (My) account... This is totally disappointing... Most ridiculous thing is that they are not replying of my emails and calls... Such a shame.. This was my first and definitely last order which i haven't recieved... I request you to please give back my debited money or give that two shirt and one phone case.

      I had ordered 7 items of clothing from the souled store online of which
      I had excuted a return request and accordingly sent the parcel (Containing 5 items) to the address mentioned by speed post.. After almost 7 days of no response whether they received the parcel or no i emailed them asking about it..
      Then i get a reply from their side.."this is to inform you that a refund has been done in your the souled store wallet in the form of reward points."
      Upon checking my rewards which were not at all according to what i was expecting in terms of exchange of 5 items,
      I wrote them "i would like to know on what calculations have you done refund / reward point to my account???
      Coz i sent return of 5 items which roughly amounts to rs 2624.
      And the reward point showing currently in my account is 1047 which doesnt have any breakup..
      I would like to can i buy similar 5 items againts the reward point or no?
      Have sent the invoice as the attachment to this email for the reference."
      On that they replied me "this is to inform you that we have received two items from the speedpost.
      We'd request you to get in touch with the speed post for the same." firstly generally every online companies like amazon or flipkart have their own system of pickup of exchange goods.. Unlike these fraudsters..
      They asked me to send them everything by speedpost and that too it should reach them within 10days of return request execution..in lockdown!

      So i got very very disappointed and furious to know that they received only two items and so i wrote them
      "if that was the case then why didn't you informed me the same day you guys received the parcel, i had emailed you guys and you even accepted the same and now after so many days you expect me to question the speed post people??
      You guys are least bothered even to inform that you received the parcel!
      I had sent the parcel which had 5 items along with the invoice highlighting the items that i had requested to return on your website. It was duty to inform or atleast courtesy call me an inquire that.. Sir u had requested a return on 5 items but we have received only two!
      In all my communication i have mentioned return of 5 items n only now when i am questioning you about refund, you guys saying you received only two items???
      What nonsense is that, how unprofessional is this???" and after that i have not received any reply as yet...
      They are ver very unprofessional in business and i would suggest never buy stuff from them...!!

        It's july 8, 2020 and the refund process hasn't been initiated yet. I'm attaching my order details and it's delivery status below. It shows the package is at bhiwandi_rpc (Maharashtra) by 20 june and the remark showing as return accepted (Rto). The saddest part is i never returned this order, i never received a call from the delivery guys but it somehow got returned and now i'm not getting my hard-earned money back just for disorganization of the company. The tracking link that they had sent me in the email doesn't work. Contacted the customer care many times but they refuse to initiate refund unless they receive the package at their warehouse. What kind of service is this?

          I made order on souled store on 15th feb 2020. But till today there is no dispatch details provided by store. I also write mail to store on their email id [protected]@thesouledstore.com but no response from their side.
          I also tried to make a call on their helpline contact no[protected], but no one picked up the phone. I tried 10 times but no response.

            Their service is the absolute worst. I order a t-shirt but the material is low-quality and the fitting was weird. Then i read that there is no self pick-up. You've to ship the item yourself.in fact, there is no option on the website to choose 'return item'. You have to manual email them. So i emailed them and they asked me to ship the item.in fact, they recommended i do a speed post. Expecting me to take time off work, go to the speed post office in their working hours and stand in line to return their lousy terrible-quality t-shirt. Who, in their right mind, would make all that effort? I guess that's in their business model to keep people from returning so that they can keep the money.
            So i decided to book a pick-up and deliver service from delhivery so they can come to my location at a convenient time and pick up the package. All i needed from delhivery to book the pick up was a mobile number for the receiving party. So i emailed them to ask for a mobile number. What ensued was a painful, long and hopeless e-mail exchange with their 'customer care' who absolutely refused to help. Have never encountered such pathetic service. Maybe they're being stupid or this is intentional to avoid making refunds for their terrible quality t-shirts. Not sure what is worse.
            I am forced to keep a useless, bad quality, badly fitting t-shirt with me because souled store clearly doesn't want to help. I hope they enjoy my money. They'll need it when their useless business closes down. I hope it happens soon.

            Update on the complaint: I entered the wrong mobile number for the courier since Souled Store did not help me with one. And my package got returned. So in addition to the cost of the t-shirt, now I've also lost the courier charges.

                Hello, i am dhiwakkar. I have ordered two t-shirts and and a mobile case two days back at the souled store website and i received the invoice regarding the same. But yesterday i received an email saying that i have received the order and the delivery address is different from what i entered which say that the order is delivered somewhere in the states but i reside in india. So please look into it as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered 11 t-shirts and souled store exclusive member

                  The sized did not fit well, and i initiated a return and shipped them the return of 11 tshirts (Stated that i have returned all those in the email i sent them)

                  As per their recommendation, they asked me to ship using india postal services. I did the same.

                  And now they tell that they have not received half return

                  Insane customer service and handling of customers. They are still telling the employee who collected the package is on a vacation and they do not know when will he resume his duties so that he knows all information. This was a lame response given to me.

                  Do not buy from them guys... First experience a worst one.

                    Hey, my order with order id 2034151 amounting to approx 4000 which i paid as prepaid from my account has not been delivered to me neither i receive any call from the courier service.. I tried to call the customer care number but one of the executives told that she will be re-attempting my delivery the next working day upon confirming my details again but the next day i tried to track my order it showed that items have been returned.. Even i haven't been informed regarding the delivery/courier service that will deliver my product..
                    Under such circumstances i urge you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and initiate a refund of my money to my bank account..

                      We had order 3 hoodies of avengers endgame time travel edition and order number was 1882231. As soon as i dropped it in bucket it started losing its red color and was on white part of the hoodie. For your information we haven't machine washed it. We didn't even put detergent in it. My email is [protected]@gmail.com and other email is [protected]@gmail.com. Te jacket is so costly and the quality is not good. How can it start loosing its color... I even have photos of hoodie that how it looks now.

                      I have received a book that i ordered in a worst condition. it looks like used or some kind of it. it is torn at places. but i cannot find the return or exchange option. i am looking to exchange the product instead of returning it.

                        I ordered three products from the souled store, a t-shirt, a mug, and a bag, among which only the t-shirt and mug were delivered. When i raised a complaint regarding the missing bag the company claims that the product is not missing and they did send it. I was charged the full amount, and the bag was also mentioned on the invoice, but i just hadn't received it! Apparently, the bag was there in the packaging until it reached me. I received a sealed package and the package did not have the bag. The company refuses to refund the amount of the missing product or to replace the product. I am very disappointed by the way things are being handled by customer service.

                        Hey, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have checked the weight with our warehouse team and prior to shipping the weight of the package was 980 grams including the packing. The package was weighed prior to it being out for delivery by our courier partner and the recorded weight was the same(980 grams including packaging). However, as an exception we are going ahead with a refund and have credited your The Souled Store account with reward points(Store credits) of the product value and you can use the reward points to place a fresh order as per convenience. Also there is no expiry date for the reward points and you can use them anytime in the future.

                        As the person was unable to find the building even after entering the campus. He was extremely rude n went away without delivering the product.
                        Kindly take action against such person and plz appoint people who are capable enough to deliver the items.

                          I had ordered a case cover for my mobile in Souled store website . They took an amount through online source and gave a delivery date and said FedEx will make my delivery . I have been waiting and suddenly they sent a msg that ur product was delivered but i didnt recieved the product . I searched with the tracking no[protected] there i saw that my product has already been delivered 2 days back . I contacted Souled store and they are not responding and i complainted to FedEx customer care and they were lagging and not doing the work as said . Please help me with this thing .

                            The status of the delivery for my product was showing delivered but i didnt recieved the product. The fedex delivery site was also showing me of the same but dont know were it went. This was ridiculous as how can u make dis happen. I waa waiting long for the product and suddenly u sent a delivered msg without me receiving it. This has been happening and the souled store was not responding when i call dem. Please resolve dis issue and give me my money back. Please be kind even at this.

                                This is the 3rd time that im launching the complain. My product got shipped on 20th may, everyday fake messages comes from souled store that they will deliver the order by today. But its been full 2 weeks its not delivered. Order id-1776807, delivery partner fedex.
                                I placed my order on 18th may, and still today they are not delivering, and its already a prepaid order.
                                I want my order immediately either to get delivered, or simply i want my money back. I want refund. Souled store is simply not helping to resolve the matter, and sending mails and messages. Immediately i want the matter to get resolved.

                                We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per the update from our courier partner the order has been delivered. Please let us know If you have not yet received the products and we will resolve it for you at the earliest.
                                I placed my order on 18th of May, till now from past 5 days messages comes that out for delivery. Can you please let me know that will you get it delivered or not?? Its worst experience shopping with souled store. Already once this happened and second time I placed the order but not delivered

                                  I ordered the deadpool backpack and realized that the material of the bag is kinda kiddish (Meaning it looks more like a school bag and can not take it to work. It does not look like the pictures at all)
                                  So i thought i will return it, the sad part is you have to ship the product through speedpost they will not pick it up (Where almost every e commerce website offers pick up on return and exchange. Its 2019). Also, they gave me an address where it was supposed to be shipped. I put the exact same address on the package and shipped it through speed post. But now the package is somewhere lost in bhiwandi between 2 post offices because the address was insufficient. So basically i put in my 1 hour of effort and went through the whole process of shipping a package which i have never ever done in my life just to know later that the package could not be delivered because the souled store people sent me an insufficient address. I told souled store people about this asked them to help me. And they told me to do it again! Yess! This was their help! I have been writing mails to them and asking to fix this as they missed out on the address part and it's kinda on them to not have a pick up service for their products. But all they could do was tell me to do it again. But to do it again i need to receive the product first but which is stuck somewhere in bhiwandi post office. Also, they have a rule which is you can not return a product after 15 days. And guess what my 15 days are getting over in a couple of days and i think i have to forcefully use the product which i didnt even like.

                                      I bought 2 t-shirts from the souled store. I want to return them. But couldn't find any options to return it in 'my orders' section. I tried calling the toll free number but repeatedly i heard that the shop is on leave. I have also raised a query mail to this customer support mail-id. I request you to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible..

                                      I have already called the customer care regarding this.

                                      I have paid for the entire package INR 2, 378 . while the package did not have 1 items ( the HULK faced Flip flops )

                                      Kindly request you to ship the product at the earliest.
                                      My order got so much delayed and now I want to cancel it but no option for cancellation. The souled store is not even responding to solve the problem. The toll free number could not be reached. Its really horrible. Please check and do something ASAP.

                                        I had ordered two t shirts out of which one i have to exchange for different size but i can't find the return /exchange option in view and edit part of my order section. I can find no such option on the screen. I tried to click on the product i want to exchange for different size but nothing is opening, on that page only the invoice receipt is active. Plase resolve this issue it's urgent.
