I had to receive my order yesterday and suddenly it says that I was not available at the delivery address and opted for open delivery, which I did not. The same thing happened even today. Even though they had my contact details, I did not even receive a single call back from the company. I either want my order by tomorrow or refund me the full amount to my bank account. Please revert back to me at the earliest.

    The product I received was not the same as shown in the pictures. So, I initiated a return on the product because I wasnt satisfied. The delivery partner picked the product the very next day but I did not receive an refund yet. The return bar is also not showing the "return picked". Its still on the "return initiated" step.

      Had placed an order and was expecting it to be delivered on 31-08-21 . The status shows delivered but I haven't received the items yet.

        Where is my order no. 4280194. It's been so many days, no update on the order for couple of days. This is my first time I am using Souled Store and I am not enjoying the experience, I was so excited to get my stuff but now...
        The Souled Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I received my package today, I got the t-shirts but haven't received the "Black Panther (3ply Face Mask)", kindly look into the matter and get this resolved.

        I think there is a bug in you app as it does not allow to submit the request via the app. Kind of frustrating.

        also, the delivery took very long to reach despite of the package reaching the final shipment place on 19th. What's the point of being an exclusive customer.

        Please get this resolved as soon as possible as I am not going to wait another 7 days to get the mask.

          I am an exclusive member of the souled store. I ordered this on 12th July 2021, received on 15th. I was too big for my size so I initiated a return that day only. The next day a person came and picked it up. The app is still showing Return initiated since 15th July. Please resolve this issue asap. Order ID is 4266962

            I recently ordered a product from the souled Store and after the delivery procedure was complete, I gave my feedback.
            But even after giving the feedback, I am receiving receiving an e-mail asking me to give a feedback again and again.

              Ur company have send me msg try to pay by upi card I have asked ur delivery boys but he got angry on me roughly asked me to pay cash by telling my company whatever send I don't care his senior told him to ask for cash this the pathetic service I have seen before this is first time I m personally messaging u next time I will put this in public

                  I was charged extra 25 for COD. I found that when I saw the invoice. If I hadn't checked it then I wouldn't have found it. Infact I checked the amount again after selecting COD. But then also it didn't reflect in the final amount. Only in the invoice. You claim to have no hidden charges. But I'm sadly disappointed. Plus you didn't even give an option to cancel the order. You just keep displaying the cancellation policy. It is so disheartening

                      Ordered a product on 27th Jan, which reached the nearest hub on 30th Jan.
                      Since then, received call from delivery executive twice but the product is not delivered!!!
                      Complaint raised by mail, received response a couple of times and now not receiving the response from [protected]@thesouledstore.com as well!!!

                      No one is attending the complaint!!!

                      The order is prepaid and I am not sure who and how, I am getting the refund!!!

                        I placed an order. ididnt receive. and it was showing in the app that the item was delivered. and i am not able to contact with anyone of customer care. there is no customer care personal to talk or chat .

                              I had placed my Mumbai Indians Jersey order on the 4th October 2020 with the company committing it to deliver by 15 th October 2020. There has been no communication on my order whatsoever and there seems to be no point of contact.I’m feeling utterly disappointed and let down by a people who proudly call them a home grown brand.Their offers displayed on the app have always been misleading.Presently the same jersey is showing at INR 200 with shipping date committed to 25 th October.Absolutely Disgraceful.I request strict action to be taken against them.

                                    I have ordered two shirt and one phone case from souled store official site of rupees ₹1689 which is big amount for me on 18 july 2020... I paid amount via phone pay app... The amount of ₹1689 got deducted from my debit card on and moreover when next time i visited their site and logged into my account i was not able to track my order nor the site was showing thay u even have placed any order from your (My) account... This is totally disappointing... Most ridiculous thing is that they are not replying of my emails and calls... Such a shame.. This was my first and definitely last order which i haven't recieved... I request you to please give back my debited money or give that two shirt and one phone case.

                                      It's july 8, 2020 and the refund process hasn't been initiated yet. I'm attaching my order details and it's delivery status below. It shows the package is at bhiwandi_rpc (Maharashtra) by 20 june and the remark showing as return accepted (Rto). The saddest part is i never returned this order, i never received a call from the delivery guys but it somehow got returned and now i'm not getting my hard-earned money back just for disorganization of the company. The tracking link that they had sent me in the email doesn't work. Contacted the customer care many times but they refuse to initiate refund unless they receive the package at their warehouse. What kind of service is this?
