Ordered a product on 27th Jan, which reached the nearest hub on 30th Jan.
Since then, received call from delivery executive twice but the product is not delivered!!!
Complaint raised by mail, received response a couple of times and now not receiving the response from [protected]@thesouledstore.com as well!!!
No one is attending the complaint!!!
The order is prepaid and I am not sure who and how, I am getting the refund!!!
The Souled Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
