I have ordered 2 product on 10th april and also paid for it, initially it was shown that my product will be delivered within 8 to 9 days, now today is the 16th day and still it showing processing.
Order id: 347818
I have mailed twice before every time it was being replied that it will be shipped soon, i am really amazed to see that a e commerce company takes 15 days to ship a product even after it gets processed, this is my the worst experience!!

Placed 2 orders on 14th and 15th Of March, My orders are still being processed and due to some unknown reason i have not been able to access the Website.

I have tried calling Souled store provided to Google but i could not reach them.

I would like The customer support to contact me and update me on arrival time.
