[Resolved] The Souled Store — their return handling and the customer support sucks | |||||
I have ordered 11 t-shirts and souled store exclusive member The sized did not fit well, and i initiated a return and shipped them the return of 11 tshirts (Stated that i have returned all those in the email i sent them) As per their recommendation, they asked me to ship using india postal services. I did the same. And now they tell that they have not received half return Insane customer service and handling of customers. They are still telling the employee who collected the package is on a vacation and they do not know when will he resume his duties so that he knows all information. The weight of the package we received was 1300 gms which is the total weight of 5 t-shirts. If you have missed out on sending the other t-shirts, please send them and we will initiate a refund for them. If you have already sent them, please help us out with the details of the weight of the package when it was shipped out to us. Also, let us know the total amount you paid for the package to be couriered to us. We hav not ordered anything from souled store yet we received a msg stating an order no and said that the order was ready to be shipped . Please resolve this matter soon.

Now you're blaming on Indian postal service that their weighing scale is wrong?
This clearly represents that you guys are not at all professional in handling or resolving issues like this. This is totally a fraud.
