[Resolved] The Souled Store — they are not refunding my amount of paid for the canceled order

I order the product and paid for it but they are saying that i order not yet registered in their server than i asked for refund still the are yet give my money back. The order is placed on 17/3/2018. But i not yet git the product after that i called the customer service then they said my order is not yet placed in the server... How come it i paid for it and i have a tax invoices and all den on 2/04/2018 and i again call the coustmer service they said for more den a week but i waited still now am not yet git my amount pls help me to get

I have order 2 t shirt. But one t shirt is not fit to me show i am request to place for exchange. But NO one contact me last 7 to 8 days.
What should i do now?
I have tried calling souled store provided to google but i could not reach them.
I would like the customer support to contact me and update me on arrival time.
