The Souled Store — Wrong product delivered and request to either refund or deliver the original ordered placed was rejected

On 2nd December 2024, placed an order for a black tshirt ( Rs. 599,[protected]. On 7th December received the order, but the product delivered was not from souled store, it was a random black tshirt which wasn't even from souled store but just the package was sealed from souled store.

While I raised my concern of wrong product delivered through customer care and email, they responded back saying their investigation shows the rightful product was delivered and rejected to take back the wrong product delivered and additionally rejected the refund.

The service was highly unsatisfactory. I request to either refund the amount of Rs 599 or to deliver the original order placed.
