I ordered sony powerbank, they sent duplicate philips powerbank along with a empty box of jogger headphone.

I had opted COD, now they are not responding to emails.

This is a fraud company. They shipped fault prodcucts. NO reply to mails. The number give is does n't exit.

I saw the thefactorysale.com advertisement Sony powerbank 32000 Mah power bank with free i7 wireless headset. I was tempted added to cart and before making payment googled "thefactorysale.com reviews" I landed here. Thanks for saving my money.

please have some sense, this kind of fraud is happening for years. Please buy products from genuine sites. 32000 Mah battery? do bother to check if sony has such product. I never heard it. anything available for such dirty cheap is certainly fraud

The products they supplied are improper. Very bad quality products. Power bank doesn't charge 3000 mAh mobile battery fully even once. The headset Samsung is having very low voice with a lot of noise. Third rated quality. Don't fall into a trap and waste your money.

I had ordered power bank and bluetooth from factory sales, but both products are dublicate and are not working correctly. I tried to contact them as well at that time there no. is out of service. Please do something for me.

I just placed the order before visiting this site. I knew it would be something fraud, so I gave my old phone number and an old email (which I don't use). Unfortunately I clicked on COD option and boom I was in the thank you page.

Recently i have ordered a product from your website, today they delivered the products, first of all there was a mechanical damage for the power bank, its shell was broken, now I feel it's good that it's broken because I understood the cheating in that, order was for 30000 mah Philips power bank, the PowerBank which I have got was Sony and inside that PowerBank only 5 batteries of 1500mah present. What I meant to say is its just a 7500 mah power bank. I will proceed this issue legally, consider this as a notice prior to legal movement
