I would like u to request my irctc id used in my name nazrul islam barbhuiya to be deactivated used by sohid ahmed shop name homelite situated. At lhomithl bazaar dimapur nagaland

              I am talking to smart care executive Vaishnabi for irctc renewal, I am always tell renewal comfram hoga ki nahi she always say yes, then I submitted all documents with amount 2750/-as on24/2/2018.amount deduction my tid-INCCU03000010G, STILL now pending renewal she says another pan card submitted after that, I am taking u first time u cannot says that why ?after deduction amount then she says another pan card submitted, I have no choice, if she renewal my railway I'd with my pancard itsok if no then reverse the amount my portal soon as possible, thanks Biswajit Singh TARANG communication

                The smart shop employee cheated the retailer atm account
                Sirs,
                Please note that we have recharged the below numbers through my id no. Intrz0390072l user id 3or net my customer complaint that they have not received balance against the recharge, i have complaint already to the customer service but they have confirmed that they have give operator id[protected] aircel mobile no. [protected] dtd. 16.07.2017. Customer has angry to received till now.

                Pnr gnpsom 16.07.2017 recharged aircel mobile no.[protected] still not received the balance.
                Pnr gntg4t 19.07.2017 recharged aircel mobile no.[protected], still not received the balance.

                Kindly do the necessary action against it, i am loosing money if any problem from your side i will not use your programme, even though the profit not much by using the smart shop let me know i stop to recharge the customer.

                Suddenly mr. Deepak kumar called his mobile no.[protected] and he informed that i am from refund secion, please give your atm no. I will refund the amount to your account, i refused, he forced me to give the atm no. Only i have given again he asks me the message no. That also i have given he ask me any other account u have i said no after i check my account in the bank i came to know that he has purchased through my atm nearly irs.5900 worth of purchase, i have complaint local police too but i am sure that the details know from your company only otherwise how he known the lost my money from recharges kindly take necessary action find out it to get back money

                      As i continuously getting careless response from customer care & most of the errors like

                      1. Wrong pan card number has been updated because of which i was unable to get the tds.

                      2. Now pan card number is updated correctly, and created a problem by updating wrong mobile number, i want the number to be updated as [protected].

                      3. Please provide me with the tds of the previous financial years[protected]

                      I received a email from account department saying it is not possible from them as wrong pancard no has been updated in the terminal (Which is done from the smartshop end.

                      I just required the following if i want to continue business in your terminal.

                      1. Tds certificate for[protected] as i am not at all responsible for the data entry error done from smartshop people end.
                      As i had done business of so far. If no benifit from your end and customer blocking mobile no ([protected]) and and not providing the tds certificate means it better to switch to other service providers how can give better response and or less error prone and admit error if done form there end.

                      I only want tds certifcate and mobile number change in my terminal if not possible provide me process to cancel the terminal.

                        IRCTC Dongle. and it has been delivered by The Smart Shop company, but it
                        has not been activated. some rejection is show in IRCTC. But My office
                        address and residence both is same. so, how could i give you the others
                        address proof for Company ?

                        So i am requesting to you to activate the service on basis of my previous
                        docs., if not possible please refund my money within 7 day's in my account

                          The number which was typed was wrong and due to this recharge went to wrong person and now I want to cancel the transaction please help me as the amount is been deactivated. It was a bsnl number and only second number was wrong. Please help me to over cum this fault and manage my balance into my account.                               Hi, I have taken agency from the smart shop(Hermes Pvt. Ltd.) 3 months back. For IRCTC activation i had paid Rs 17500 after which i had couriered all docs. 2 weeks later when i'm checking with Hermes CC, they are saying they have not received the docs. When I tracked the Consignment number on courier site, it showed it's already delivered. Again i had to send all the hard copies to Hermes . Now 3 months over and Hermes CC guys keeps on saying the docs has been send to IRCTC for approval. 3 months for a document approval? and i don't know how much more time further this will take. Every time i send mail to Hermes CC asking for status the only response is that "we have forwarded your query to IRCTC department and they will get back to you as soon as possible" Since last 3 months. Nobody from IRCTC department going to call back or respond. Kindly help to get this issue resolved asap.

OF HERMES FOR TRAVEL TICKET BOOKING AND MANY UTILITY TSS CO. WAS SHOWING ADD BY IRCTC LOGIN ID WHICH CO. ARE CALLING THAT IRCTC F3 OPTION BY PAYING RS.2750 YOU WILL GET IRCTC F3-OPTION FOR BOOK A RAILWAY TICKETS. I SAW THAT OFFER ON FLASH MESSAGE I PAY RS.2750 then i thing that and then i agree for irctc option then after some days without my permeation they cut rs2450 on date 28/11/2013 by my terminal id then i check my terminal id i saw there cut rs2450 VERY CHEAP fault of TSS CO. 1) IN IRCTC FLASH MESSAGE ON TERMINAL THE COMPANY WAS NOT SHOWN THAT THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE WILL BE MANDATORY IN FUTURE 2)FIRST TIME COMPANY SHOW rs2750 FOR IRCTC F3 OPTION THEN AFTER SOME DAYS CO. CUT rs2450 ON MY TERMINAL 3)IF THE TSS CO. DONT HAVE FULL INFORMATION FROM IRCTC DEPART THEN WHY TSS CO. TEAMS ARE LAUNCH THIS IRCTC F3 OPTION Here is having complete fault of TSS CO. now please help me to refund my rs5200 i dont want this IRCTC F3 OPTION because TSS CO.                                     I would like to draw all of your kind attention that Smt Parveen Sultan , who is representing IRCTC desk on behalf of SMARTSHOP - represents her enough negligence activity during her service time and I am forceed to take the matter into indian consumers court for its quick actions.

                                    I applied for IRCTC renewal to the smartshop as on 04/04/2013 and the renewal amount amounting to Rs.5000/- already been deducted from my smart portal INIXA[protected] but till date nor Smt Parveen Sultan replied my mail nor she renewed my said Digital Certificate as the reason best known to them.

                                    Now I would like to take the matter in to Consumers forum for my quick resolution.

One day I was recharge of customer's TATA SKY Account with rupees 200.00 which could not credited in the Customer's account But my balance was debited in my account. It is happen at date 13/09/2011 Timing 11:00.17 hour, from that date to till now i have called THE SMART SHOP in several time but they never treat me in manner and the also not find the solution of this problem.                                       they are gining wronmg service hermes i ticket private limited they are doing wrong fr bokking to cheat agents

                                      please dont use the smart shops in future go for other service providers
                                      For the last one year, I am contacting HERMES I tickets, chennai, Escalation department and call center[protected], &amp; sending email to [protected]@hermes-it.in, for getting back my upload amount of 12104 Rs. This amount was transferred to Hermes account number by NEFT. They told me by mistake they debited 12104 Rs from my account. Till today 18 AUGUST 2014 they didn't upload this amount back to my hermes log in account INCOK[protected].

                                        I(Piyush kumar) have booked my railway e-ticket through a travel agent, having PNR no.[protected],train no.12301, transaction ID [protected],date of journey[protected]. Due to some reason my plan got changed. i therefore informed that agent on[protected] to cancel my e-ticket. On[protected] when I did not get my refund back than I inquired about the same then he replied that he is unable to cancel my e-ticket because IRCTC has blocked his ID and he can not say till how long it will remain blocked ,he has forwarded my information to his company. Cancelation will be possible as per company’s response and it will take two or three days more. if my ticket gets cancelled after two days than there will be unnecessary deduction in refund money . Then what’s the use of timely cancellation of ticket ?. Please kindly help me to get my refund money back on time.
