Dear sir,
I was getting frequent calls from byju's marketing personnel about their product. On 22/04/2018 their employee mr. Sagnik sinha (Emp. Id tnl[protected] came to my home and speak about their product. I trust on him and purchased a product for class 8-10 for three years in 35, 000/- inr without tab. I had paid 3, 500/- cash to him and get receipt duly signed by him. About balance amount he told that it will deduct through ecs from my bank account @ 3, 500/- per month for 9 months. We have received their product through their courier dispatched on 4 may 2018 (Awb[protected]. My son started to read with their product and told me that it does not suits to me, so return it. I approached to mr. Sagnik sinha and he told me that speak with our customer care, so i speak with customer care and they strictly denied to me for any type of refund or adjustments. I urged them that you have to adjust in one year pack with paid amounts but they were not agreed. My ecs from bank are going on every month.
