I lately sat for the interview at Byjus (Noida brach) and was rejected by the interview. An employee of the same company turned up to me and offered to help me to get the job saying he had sufficient contacts and said he was offering help out of generosity. I gave him my contact details for the same and soon he started texting me in appropriate messages saying he wanted to sleep with me. My constant denials were of no use. Lastly when he realized I could not be convinced, he dropped the job offer and also blocked me. What kind of conduct do you guys preach to your employees? Completely unethical work culture and fraudness. The name of the employee is Waris and he has been working for the past 3-4 months in Noida branch. I hope at least a complaint would not go unnoticed.
