Here are the issues:
1) during purchase of the sd card i wasn't informed that i would not be able to use an sd card reader. I was informed of this only once i emailed you saying i was awaiting the delivery of one (Separately purchased online)
2) once i requested you to let me know if a tablet was available, i was informed a week later that there wasn't one. And that i should check the next week.
3) i called back and was told to understand touch the next day. When i did, i was informed a tablet would be sent to me.
4) a day after this i was told i needed to ship the card back to you at my own expense since you were concerned i might damage your tablet.
I am a working individual with a busy schedule, as are a lot of your other customers. The above is an example of shabby customer experience.
I am willing to accept a refund of 35, 000 and have you keep the sd card and not send me tablet, or, an extension of 45 days (Keeping in mind delays i'm experiencing even as i send these emails to you). Was this information helpful? |
