Think & Learn / Byju's — poor selection process at byju's

There is no proper selection process for the profile of Business Development Program. The freshers and experienced are getting same treatment.
1. No provision to place near the home, so that to ease work of employee.
2. Same initial training give to freshers and experience holders.
3. HR is no way employee supportive.

Team, I was selected at Noida for Business Development and had keen desire to join you. But because of above happenings I had to get my appointment revoked.
