Think & Learn / Byju's — product cancellation from byju's

My name is sooriyan and i am from trivandrum, kerala. I have purchased a tablet from byju's. I have submitted a cancellation request of my product in byju's and my request number is 360947. They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon. I have not received the call or any messages from them yet. I want to make sure that my product is cancelled. If you understand my situation please send a reply to my email id. I am only getting notifications for the my monthly dues. Please help me.
