Hi,
I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed and would never recommend byjus to anyone. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. I was forced to do the payment in post dated cheques, i wasn't aware that this was because they knew that their service is going to be worst and that's why they force you to do the payment on time even if their service is bad. 50k is not a less amount, i was called many times to convince for byjus but they don't deliver the books on time, i have to follow up since i have paid. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint i receive my books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.
