Thomas Cook India — Improper advice | |||
I flew to east europe through thomas cook on 9.4.2017.When we reached frankfurt on lufthansa flight we were denied entry to prague flight saying the doors were closed. We had to rebook after standing in the long queue at the service center. The flight was 4hrs later and when we reached prague there was no pick up vehicle. We lost 1 day of our vacation right there. We were never informed of different currencies in czech republic and hungary and lost money in euro to local currency conversion, in budapest we were put up in small hotel in bad background area near the railway station. Our whole holiday was spoiled due to poor performance of thomas cook agent Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked a flight ticket hyderabad to jaipur . that the status was failed but amount was deducted from my account. I had to call customer care, nobody was not answered right information . there was everybody wants escape from problem. is it true website?
