I, had booked grand europe bargain europe tour starting from 10.05.2020 to 24.05.2020 through their ranchi office. I had deposited rs. 100000/- at your jamshedpur office. I got uk visa for me and wife in january, 2020. The kolkata / ranchi office informed me that schengen visa will be processed in april as per my convenience. Thereafter i got information on 20.04.2020 that tour is cancelled due to lock down. The company asked me to avail a gift voucher against the tour cancellation refund which will valid up to 31.03.2021. The refund policy of the company states that the refund will be in the form of cheque or gift voucher. But such gift voucher offer is not acceptable to me as i have not plans of travelling for the next one year. So i asked for my balance refund cheque. The company has not bothered to reply to me till date in this regard.
Once again i am asking my refund in cash. I hope i will not be forced for legal option in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
