Very poor service. No responses to any of our e-mails. We had to call up thomas cook each and every time after waiting for their response.
We had already mailed a complaint regarding the same t thomas cook. But there was no response for that either. Looks like thomas cook is not trustworthy after all.
In addition, we asked several times through email as well as through phone if we can board the flight from chennai. As expected we didn't receive any response through mail. However, we were said that we couldn't board the flight from chennai when we made a phone call. We were asked to board the flight at bangalore which made a stop over at chennai towards mauritius. Eventually we booked a flight from chennai to bangalore for rs 7070. We ended up staying at the airport that night for 8 hours to board the flight mk 747 which travelled back again to chennai and had a stop over for approximately 1.5 hours.
The return flight was also traveling to chennai with a stop over at bangalore. But we were again denied to travel to chennai as requested. Hence we made a separate booking for our travel from bangalore to chennai.
Doesn't the representatives of thomas cook know that there is a stop over for both our travels? Is this the kind of service that we receive for the money we spend?
Is thomas cook ready to refund the amount that we spent for our unnecessary travel expenses to and from bangalore?
Looks like thomas cook is very money centric. We were receiving innumerable calls for tour confirmation and payments. But the service turned upside down after the payment. We never received timely updates regarding the trip. We had to call the representatives each time for updates.
We received the tickets only a day prior to our travel after insisting many times through call since they didn't reply to our email again.
We will definitely not choose thomas cook nor will we refer it to any of our friends.
We have spent approximately 15, 000 inr for our unnecessary travel to and from bangalore and chennai. Is thomas cook ready to pay it back to us?
