TicketNew — Amount debited, ticket confirmation not received. Refund requested

I tried to book cinema tickets on 26 april 2017 at 04.25 pm. Using ticketnew website and an amount of rs.545 was deducted but i did not receive any mail or msg regarding the confirmation of booking rather error code 502displayed. The support team of ticketnew says that confirmation mail and msg were sent but not able to provide me the evidence for that and refuses to refund amount blatantly.
Ticketnew website faq reflects that safe and secure transaction (???) and also i followed the steps mentioned in the website regarding failed transaction.

I don't know what to name this? Why so much negligience about the consumer?
