Dear Team,

I personally request to take this complaint on high priority.

I have taken the connection on 16th April and my account ID is [protected]
i frequent disconnection issues and reported many times but am am not satisfied with the support/service.

i am fed-up with this internet connection since you can not fix the issue from 6 days

I don understand what you think about the customer you ppls only need money nothing else.

I request someone please lookin in to this and at least help me in cancellation process.
