I have Renew my plan in 40 Mbps on 04-May-2021. from that, many compalin registered regarding speed issue and also Techinican told that change devices which is old and not supported 40 mbps. But, till date not replaced from your side.
Find attached call recording[protected] with your team. she was accepting that device is not supported 40 mbps, and i have escalated to our team and will replaced your device within 24 hrs.
15 DAYS GONE REGARDING ABOVE COMMUNICATION BUT STILL NOT ISSUE RESOLVED BY YOU. AFTER THAT MANY TIME CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT NOT A SINGLE CALL RECEIVED.
After that, i have raised new complain- 1-[protected][protected]. Yesterday, Eng. visiting for complain and also he was accepting that req. to change device but it's not our hand till not any confirmation given by our Head team.
I HAVE RENEW MY PLAN 40 MBPS ON 04-MAY-2021. I HAVE SUFFER ISSUE FROM LAST 5 MONTH AND TILL DATE NO ANY SOLUTION FROM YOUR SIDE. Was this information helpful? |
