[Resolved] Tikona — 3rd grade service | |||
My tikona Service ID – [protected], since last 3 months I am facing severe disconnection issue, almost everyday I am registering a complaint, which is of no use. When I requested to wave of the charges about all the trouble I am facing, they waved of RS 55, against my billing amount, is this a joke? You guys are fraud. Company is fraud. Customer care service is fraud. Service is 3rd class I really don't want that Rs55 too, keep that with you. Even while position this complaint I have to use other data service, since your service is not working and connection is again down. Who ever reads this complaint, believe me, don't ever choose tikona, else you will regret like me. For reference I have attached, present image, light is orange, connection is down.
