[Resolved] Tikona — 420 against employee of tikona | |||||
Tikona broadband employee name sandeep told me about the plan of 2500 for three months and he told me that i did need to pay anything extra except modem/router but after a month i am getting a message of payment bill of rs.264. after that i called to custmorecare of tikona broad band service and the told me that they will work on my complaint and will take action on that employee but nothing happened with it. even that guy told me that he will do fitting of wireing and he said he will come next day of installation but he didnt come. i called him many time but he give excuses always and now his number is off. i request you take action on this otherwise this kind of employee will create image down of this company.
