Hello, I've used Tikona service in Pune for about 10 months till Apr 22 2015. My Tikona Renewal date was 26 Apr 2015. But I've made a disconnect request on 22nd Apr 2015 and never used after that. I got one e-bill email from Tikona with late payment charges. Tikona did not disconnect my service and delayed for 2 months and finally disconnected on 06/06/2015. Leter 3rd party person collected the Modem. Now I'm getting a legal notice calls from Delhi. With all this details I don't think I owe any amount to Tikona, moreover Tikona did not send any email about the pending amount. I've contacted tikona customer support but they are least bothered to check the billing details in their system. please look into this matter asap. Thanks, Ravi Was this information helpful? | |||
