Tikona — Account no :[protected] issue with internet service network connectivity issue not resolved and charged for a service not received | |||||
Reference Billing Account Number:[protected] User ID : [protected] The problem began December, when my Internet went down for several days.The problem continued throughout December to March. My Internet would cease working for several hours /days at a time, and then restart spontaneously. Also when i requested for Closure of service because of continues service issues, still Tikona team did not process request and continue charging bills. Tikona Support Team have acknowledged / certified on Support calls that because of issue with Network Tower in area there is a problem with connection Support team always tell lies about billing period and complaint solutions. As I have not received the service that I contracted for I consider Tikona to be in breach of contract. Hereby I would request Tikona to reimbursement of the sum of Rs. 2396 which represents proportion of the sum I have paid for the service that I have not received. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

Your are stating which i have already action.
please check your system for complaints since November and resolution and also you have stopped your customer care operation in month of January as whenever i have called I got automated reply that there is a issue in network connections in your area and your team will contact me back. which never happened
your have erased all past call logs records which i cannot view in my login which is against compliance
The above facts clearly state that you are in breach of contract. and I am Entitled to Refund for non-service
