Hi my name is Sukhjinder and I requested a cancellation 3 months ago and one of the representative from tikona came to my place and took the modem and confirmed that the account will be cancelled. I received a call 2 days ago stating that I have an outstanding amount. I checked online and I was able to login and my acc is not cancelled. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
