I requested account closure on 25 July march 2021, via email which is the only correct way to do. I disconnected tikona internet forever after this email from my end.
Still I'm getting email and account not closed.
They are still billing my account and calling me to ask why I want to close my account. At the end of each communication the tikona agent agreed to close my account but it never happens and the bills keep coming.
