[Resolved] Tikona — Account Not got Closed and legal threatening | |||
Hi Sir, I have raised a request to close my internet connection on 16th Nov 2020 (User id -[protected] ). However, to date, nothing has been done. Tikona charging extra amount by not taking request/delaying it and have raised extra bills on us. Their customer care number doesn't work. no one receives the call. If we reply to customer care email we get only automatic replies that they are processing the request. I have got multiple calls from them asking the reason for disconnecting the service and still now my connection is in prepaid mode. Despite mentioning that in my closure request. The roof modem was used by 3 homes in the apartment and i called the tikona field officer to take the roof modem device, i got a reply it cannot be surrendered because other homes are using it. Now i got a mail from Tikona saying if i don't return the modem i will be charged extra and legal actions will be taken. Now they are requesting me to pay 3018rs for not to take legal action against me. Request you to take necessary action against the comapny. Was this information helpful? | |||
